Next weigh-in will be on November 30th since it's Thanksgiving. This will be a trying time for some (I'm one of em), so just put reminders for yourselves to keep at it.
It's really important that we get enough zZ's and having more nutrition in your food/drink intake.. the last thing we'd want is people getting sick. Do something you enjoy doing that's out of the regular routine. We owe it to ourselves to live out of the ordinary sometimes! Stress can also take a toll on our overall health. There are so many things fighting for our attention and it just seems there's always not enough time.. thought I'd share this quote I've read before with you guys:

And I hate to be the bearer of sad news but Pratima will no longer be a part of the challenge.. she is venturing out to a new job and will only be around as she will only be part time as a consultant (like Philip). She added the energy and push to get this ball rolling (I honestly wouldn't have the urge to do any of this if it wasn't for her) and also put this blog up. I'm also thankful for introducing us to the buffet Indian restaurant (which i've been missing!) but most importantly I enjoyed her easy-going & fun personality as well as her seriousness with work. You'll always be a friend of ours :) Keep in touch and let us know how things are later on!
